{"product_id":"homeschool-record-book-attendance-subjects-expenses-arizona-edition","title":"Homeschool Record Book — Attendance, Subjects \u0026 Expenses (Arizona Edition)","description":"One student's year of records for Arizona's two paths, affidavit homeschool or ESA: attendance, the five required subjects, progress, portfolio and account spending.\n\nArizona asks almost nothing of affidavit homeschoolers after the one-time filing, and quite a lot of ESA families, who answer to a contract, a handbook, and a quarterly funding cycle. This book works for either path and says plainly which is which, because in Arizona you're on one or the other, not both.\n\nIt's a record book, not a planner. Keep using whatever planner you like for lessons.\n\nInside:\n- Attendance log, six months to a page, with half-day, field-trip and co-op codes. Arizona sets no day count; track it anyway, because programs and future schools ask\n- Subject \u0026amp; hours log by semester with the five required subjects (reading, grammar, mathematics, social studies, science) called out, and a reading log\n- Quarterly progress sheets for up to 24 subjects\n- ESA expense tracker: 420 lines with running and remaining totals, receipt location, and an approved column, with room on the record page for each quarterly deposit\n- Testing, co-op\/class, portfolio index and receipts-filed pages\n- Year summary and next-year checklist\n- Arizona pages: an affidavit of intent \/ ESA contract record (notarized, original birth certificate, one-time filing with the county school superintendent; ESA families don't file it); an ESA record with deposit log and an approvals-and-denials log; key dates including quarterly funding and the ESA renewal; the 30-day termination or move notice; what to keep; an enrolling-in-a-school checklist; high school credit tracker; resources. Written as checklists and blanks; confirm current rules with your county superintendent or the Arizona Department of Education.\n\n8.5 × 11 in, coil bound so it lays flat, 112 pages, black-and-white interior, matte cover you can write the school year on with a pen. Undated, so it works any year. One book per student, per year; ESA accounts are per student, so the trackers stay clean.\n\nPrinted to order and shipped from the printer, usually 3–5 business days of production plus transit.\n","brand":"First Homeschool","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":54641256169756,"sku":"wx7q6w","price":21.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0549\/6369\/9746\/files\/listing-AZ-1-front.jpg?v=1790966807","url":"https:\/\/store.firsthomeschool.com\/products\/homeschool-record-book-attendance-subjects-expenses-arizona-edition","provider":"First Homeschool","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
