The Neighborhood provides space for homeschool families and vendors to connect. To keep the marketplace fair and focused, all business and advertising activities must follow these rules.

Permitted Business Activity

• Vendors may advertise their products through approved marketplace listings only.
• Promotions must be transparent, accurate, and follow pricing policies.
• Community posts promoting businesses require prior approval.

Prohibited Advertising

• Unsolicited promotional messages, spam, or bulk advertising.
• Off-platform sales promotions that bypass The Neighborhood checkout system.
• False, misleading, or exaggerated claims about products or services.
• Advertising unrelated to homeschooling, education, or family learning.

Transparency & Disclosure

• Sellers must clearly identify themselves in all business communications.
• Affiliate links or sponsored content must include clear disclosure.
• All advertising must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Special Notes

• First Homeschool reserves the right to remove unauthorized advertising or suspend accounts for repeated violations.
• All promotional activity must enhance—not disrupt—the family-centered mission of The Neighborhood.
