and access marketplace features securely. This policy explains how accounts are created and maintained.
Creating an Account
- Accounts are free to create and required for selling or purchasing in The Neighborhood.
- Provide accurate information, including a valid email address and password.
- Email verification may be required before using your account.
Managing Your Account
- Keep your personal information, shipping addresses, and payment details up to date.
- Review your order history and track shipments directly from your account dashboard.
- Sellers can create, edit, and manage product listings within their account.
Security
- Protect your account by using a strong password and not sharing login details.
- Report any suspicious activity to customer support immediately.
- First Homeschool reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
Closing an Account
- You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support.
- Outstanding orders or disputes must be resolved before an account can be closed.
