Creating & Managing Listings

Creating & Managing Listings

Sellers in The Neighborhood are responsible for creating accurate listings and keeping them updated. This ensures families can confidently find the right curriculum and resources.

Creating a Listing

  • Provide a clear title that matches the product being sold (include edition, grade, or subject where relevant).
  • Fill in required fields such as vendor/publisher, ISBN, subject, grade level, and condition.
  • Upload high-quality images showing the cover and any relevant inside pages.
  • Clearly mark whether the item is physical or digital. Digital items must follow platform requirements.

Accuracy & Transparency

  • All descriptions must be truthful and not misleading.
  • Sellers may not reference ClassWallet or Store Credit as payment options for Neighborhood items.
  • Listings should reflect actual stock on hand; out-of-stock items should be promptly removed or updated.

Managing Listings

  • Update prices, quantities, and product details as needed.
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries about your listings.
  • Remove or pause listings for items no longer available.
  • Monitor product tags and categories to ensure proper placement in search and filters.

Special Notes

  • Failure to maintain accurate listings may result in suspension of selling privileges in The Neighborhood.
  • First Homeschool reserves the right to edit or remove listings that do not comply with marketplace standards.
