Enforcement of Rules

To maintain a safe and trustworthy environment, The Neighborhood enforces its policies consistently. This ensures buyers and sellers can participate with confidence.

Monitoring

  • Listings, posts, and transactions may be monitored for compliance.
  • Reports from buyers, sellers, or community members will be reviewed promptly.
  • Automated tools and manual checks are used to enforce rules.

Actions for Violations

  • Warnings may be issued for minor or first-time violations.
  • Listings or posts may be removed if they violate marketplace standards.
  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for repeated or severe breaches.

Appeals

  • Users may appeal enforcement actions within 14 days of notification.
  • Appeals must include evidence or an explanation for reconsideration.
  • Final decisions rest with First Homeschool and are binding.

Responsibilities

  • All users must review and follow published policies.
  • Sellers and buyers are expected to act in good faith when disputes arise.
  • Failure to comply may result in loss of access to The Neighborhood.

Special Notes

  • Enforcement actions are taken to protect the integrity of The Neighborhood.
  • Policies may be updated, and enforcement will follow the most current version.
