To support operations and provide a reliable platform, The Neighborhood applies commissions and fees to seller transactions. These charges ensure marketplace sustainability while keeping costs transparent.

Commission Rates

• A standard commission rate is applied to each successful sale.
• The commission is automatically deducted before seller payouts are issued.
• Rates may vary by product type or promotion as outlined in your seller agreement.

Additional Fees

• Transaction processing fees may apply based on the buyer’s chosen payment method.
• Optional premium features (such as promoted listings) may carry additional charges.
• Shipping fees are the responsibility of the seller unless otherwise specified.

Transparency

• Sellers can view detailed breakdowns of fees and commissions in their dashboard.
• All deductions are clearly listed on payout statements.
• No hidden charges are applied—every fee is disclosed upfront.

Special Notes

• Failure to comply with marketplace rules may result in penalties or withheld funds.
• First Homeschool reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice to sellers.
