Listing Restrictions & Item Removal
To protect families and ensure quality across The Neighborhood, certain products and practices
are restricted. Sellers must follow these guidelines or risk item removal and possible suspension.
Restricted Listings
- Counterfeit, pirated, or illegally reproduced curriculum or resources.
- Items that violate copyright or trademark protections.
- Materials that are incomplete, missing essential parts, or unusable for their intended purpose.
- Objectionable or inappropriate content not suitable for a homeschool environment.
- Digital items that do not meet The Neighborhood’s digital product requirements.
Prohibited Practices
- Listing the same product multiple times to manipulate visibility.
- Misleading descriptions, exaggerated claims, or false condition reporting.
- Including references to ClassWallet or Store Credit in listings for Neighborhood vendor products.
- Promotions or discounts that are inaccurate or deceptive.
Item Removal
- First Homeschool reserves the right to remove listings that violate these rules without notice.
- Sellers will be notified if their item is removed and may receive guidance for correction.
- Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of seller access to The Neighborhood.
Special Notes
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all listing standards.
- Item removal decisions are final, though appeals may be considered in limited cases.
