Order Issues & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes orders don’t go as planned. Whether an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you need to cancel, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible for families shopping in The Neighborhood.

Order Issues

  • If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a short description of the issue.
  • For purchases from Neighborhood vendors, issues will be handled directly with the seller under their stated policies.
  • First Homeschool purchases follow our internal order support process.

Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled before they are marked as shipped.
  • To request cancellation, contact customer support or the seller directly through your order confirmation.
  • Digital products may not be eligible for cancellation once delivery has been processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds for First Homeschool purchases will be issued back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for vendor products in The Neighborhood will follow the vendor’s stated policy.
  • ClassWallet and Store Credit are only valid on First Homeschool orders and cannot be refunded to Neighborhood purchases.

Special Notes

  • Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.
  • Ineligible or late claims may not be accepted, so please review all items promptly after delivery.
