Return & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to make returns straightforward while keeping costs manageable for our small business. The guidelines below apply equally to new and used curriculum, learning sets, and educational supplies.

Return Eligibility & Timing

  • 14-Day Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase (or receipt of order) with proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation). Items returned after 14 days cannot be refunded.

  • Item Condition: 

    All items must be returned in the same overall condition in which they were originally sold and shipped. While missing shrink-wrap or protective wrapping is acceptable, items must be undamaged and complete. If the product was sold with minor wear or cosmetic flaws (as noted in the original listing), it must be returned in that same condition.

    For bundled or multi-item sets, all included items must be returned together, and each should match the condition in which it was sent. We cannot accept returns for items that are returned with new damage, excessive wear, or missing components, as these are no longer in their original resaleable condition.

  • Proof of Purchase: A store receipt, online order invoice, or other valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. This helps us verify the purchase date and process your refund smoothly.

How to Return Your Item

We offer two convenient return methods – you may return items in person at our store or by mail:

  1. In-Store Returns: You can return your item to our physical storefront within 14 days of purchase. Bring the product in its original condition along with the receipt or order confirmation email. Our staff will inspect the item and process your refund to the original payment method on the spot (please allow a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank).

  2. Mail-In Returns: If you can’t make it to the store, you may ship the item back to us within 14 days of purchase. Our store mailing address is 1336 Carley Rd, Ste 3, Springdale, AR 72762. You may also refer to your packing slip (if included). Include your receipt or a copy of your order confirmation in the package to help us identify your order. Kindly ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. As a small business, we are unable to provide prepaid return labelscustomers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method to protect your return; this helps ensure the item arrives safely and allows you to verify delivery. (Please note that we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit).

Refund Process

  • Refund Amount: If your returned item meets the above conditions, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item (plus any applicable taxes). Original shipping fees are not refunded in the case of returns, since those funds have been used to ship the order to you. In other words, your refund will cover the item’s price minus any shipping charges you paid on the original order.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are applied to the original form of payment used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will go back to that same card. If the purchase was made in cash at our store, we will refund in cash or via store credit.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return (either in-store or delivered by mail) and verify the item’s eligibility, we will process your refund promptly. Please allow us approximately 5–7 business days from receipt of the return to process the refund. It may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit to your account. We’ll notify you if there are any issues with your return.

Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to be flexible, certain items cannot be returned for refund due to their nature or condition:

  • Opened Software & Digital Products: Any software that has been opened, unsealed, installed, or accessed is not eligible for return. This includes opened CD/DVD-ROMs, software with broken seals, and digital download products that have been delivered or activated. (Unopened software may be returned within 14 days under our standard policy, but once opened, it becomes a final sale.)

  • Clearance & Final Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale” are sold as-is at a steep discount, and thus cannot be returned or refunded. All clearance and final-sale merchandise is non-returnable, without exception. Please double-check your need for these items before buying, as the sale is final.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for any products. If you wish to get a different item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new, separate order for the desired product. This policy applies to all new and used merchandise. By processing a new order, you’ll receive the replacement item faster, and our clear refund process ensures you get your money back for the returned item.

Additional Information

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. We do not reimburse postage costs for returning items, except in cases of our error or defective product shipments. As noted above, original outbound shipping charges are also non-refundable.

  • Refusal of Return: We reserve the right to decline a return if it does not meet the conditions of this policy (for example, if an item is returned past 14 days or in a used/damaged state contrary to the above terms). Items that arrive to us ineligible for return may be sent back to the customer or disposed of at our discretion. If the customer wishes to have the ineligible item returned to their address, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of an ineligible retuned item and a $5.00 processing fee for shipping materials and handling.
