Placing an Order
Ordering through the Homeschool Neighborhood is designed to be simple, secure, and flexible. Whether you are purchasing directly from First Homeschool or from a trusted Neighborhood vendor, the steps to complete your order remain consistent.
Steps to Place an Order
- Browse products by subject, grade, vendor, or condition.
- Select the item(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
- When ready, proceed to checkout where you can review your order and make changes before finalizing.
- Enter your shipping address, billing information, and select an available payment method.
- Confirm your order. You will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase.
Payment Methods
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- ClassWallet-approved products purchased from First Homeschool can be paid for using EFA funds through our integrated ClassWallet system.
- Payments for Neighborhood vendor products follow the vendor’s accepted payment options shown on their listings.
Order Confirmation
- An order confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout.
- For ClassWallet purchases, an additional confirmation will appear in your ClassWallet account for tracking.
- If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact customer support.
Special Notes
- Orders may include items from multiple vendors. Shipping times and costs will vary accordingly.
- Digital products are typically delivered electronically to your registered email address after payment is processed.
- Please ensure your shipping and billing details are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
