By listing items, you agree to uphold the standards of accuracy, honesty, and service that help families
shop with confidence.
Listing Accuracy
- Provide complete and truthful information for each product, including title, edition, condition, and images.
- Keep product availability up to date; remove or update listings promptly when items are out of stock.
- Ensure digital and physical items are correctly labeled.
Customer Service
- Respond to buyer questions in a timely and respectful manner.
- Resolve order issues and complaints fairly under your stated policies.
- Ship items within the timeframe you advertise.
Compliance
- Do not reference ClassWallet or Store Credit as payment methods for Neighborhood listings.
- Follow all applicable laws for selling educational materials, including copyright and resale guidelines.
- Comply with The Neighborhood’s marketplace terms and conditions.
Professional Standards
- Maintain high-quality photos and clear product descriptions.
- Avoid misleading pricing, false promotions, or exaggerated claims.
- Respect buyer privacy and handle personal data securely.
Special Notes
- Sellers who fail to meet these responsibilities may have listings removed or selling access suspended.
- First Homeschool reserves the right to review listings and enforce marketplace standards.
